We ship your orders every Friday which means you must count from this day. Contact us if you need a more acurate estimate.

Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- You have changed your mind : the expenses of return are with your load, and you are free to choose the type of sending. Don't forget to ask the transporter you have chosen a proof of delivery and a tracking number. If you have made a return without tracking and the merchant has not received the merchandise, it will unfortunately be impossible to get a refund.
- You have a received a defective sliding window catches and latches set : you have 14 days after receiving the product to return it.
